I was one of the first students enrolled in Regent University’s initial offering of a distance education MBA in the fall of 1990.
It was a one of a kind experience from a world class educational institution!

Easter Sunday 2015 has come and gone.
For some of us egg hunts and pictures with a big, furry bunny at the mall are now history for another year.

Finally!
For the first time in almost two weeks my post-longing fingers are hitting the keyboard in an attempt to write something meaningful, anything meaningful.
Although I have been blogging informally for several years, two years ago I made my writing “official” by publishing this blog under my own domain name.
Winners of UNDONE Book Give-Away

I apologize for falling off the radar screen last week and for the delay in announcing the winners of the UNDONE Book Giveaway mentioned on my last post.
I have experienced a subtle version of being Undone in the past week with multiple limo driving assignments (my interim, make some extra $$ job), house hunting, house showing, and getting other details attended to for the start of my new employment which starts 3 week from now.
What can I say?
Life’s is a good blurry at the moment!
Drum roll please…..the winners of the book giveaway are Dick L. (Pennsylvania) and Jessica L. (United Kingdom).
Congratulations to the both of them!

In celebration of the day of the week everyone loves, Friday (otherwise known as TGIF!), it’s time to change it up a bit.
I am going to do something different to help you welcome the weekend!

Will you help me out?
Is it simply my interpretation and experience of it or does it seem as if the days fly by, one melding into another like the waves crashing upon the seashore in succession?
Have you experienced the same thing?
Criticism and blame are addictions. They are costly addictions, because they are the number one destroyer of intimacy in close relationships.” – Gay Hendricks
“What is causing the quarrels and fights among you? Don’t they come from the evil desires at war within you?” – James 4:1 (NLT)

Have you ever made a statement similar to the following?
“I’ll be glad when the kids are no longer in diapers.”
“I’ll be glad when I no longer have to take care of mowing the lawn.”

Every now and then it does the soul good to reflect.
It’s healthy to check the rear view mirror periodically, take a deep breath, and assess the road one has traveled to arrive at the current spot along life’s highway.
These moments in one’s life are markers which simply cry out, IMPORTANT!

Locally, it is the time of year where high school drama teams will soon be performing their spring musicals.
Advertisements promoting these events are in place and it is only a few weeks until the curtain rises for the initial performances.
Footloose, The Music Man, and Children of Eden are a few of the musicals to be performed this year near our domain.
